License Agreement

Effective: September 1, 2017

This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities is our Terms of Service that form a legally binding contract between you and Birryani, LLC. By using the Services provided by Birryani, LLC you agree to the Terms.  If, however, you do not agree with said Terms container herein, do not use these Services.

1. Basic Terms

Birryani, LLC is a social media platform providing Services to bring individuals, groups, and businesses together through common interests and activities. The Services allow users to post events that can be viewed in an interactive map and sorted by category, these events can be public or private by invitation and friend groups can be created based on shared activities. Legal business entities or organizations can interact with users by posting geotagged promotions which can be discovered and unlocked by individual users.

You may use the Services only if you can legally form a binding contract with Birryani, LLC and are not restricted from such under the laws of the United Stated or other applicable jurisdiction. If you are representing a company, organization, or other legal entity you are accepting these Terms of Service for and in behalf of the entity you represent and must be authorized to do so. You are responsible for your use of the Services provided by Birryani, LLC and as such take responsibility for all interactions, content, and consequences of your actions.

All content that is posted by you may be viewed by other users, third parties, and Birryani, LLC, at our discretion and is subject to all portions of the Terms of this contract. By using the Services you are agreeing to abide by any local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations as pertaining to the Services. By agreeing to the Terms you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration with Birryani, LLC.

The Services provided by Birryani, LLC may change with time and this license agreement will periodically be modified without prior notice to you to reflect such changes. Birryani, LLC also reserves the right to terminate the Services provided with or without notification, cause, or permission.

2. Safety

We will do everything in our power to keep Birryani, LLC as safe as possible, however we cannot guarantee it. In an effort to keep the Services safe you will strictly adhere to the following list of requirements. If you do not follow these safety requirements your account may be terminated with or without notification or permission. Birryani, LLC reserves the right to interpret how and if you have violated these safety requirements.

a. You will not post content that is pornographic, contains nudity, is threatening, violent, any form of hate speech, vulgar, or discriminatory.
b. You will not harass, bully, or otherwise intimidate any user.
c. You will not use the Services if you are a convicted sex offender.
d. You will not post content that infringes on or violates another person or entity?s rights.
e. You will not use the Services to do anything that is unlawful.
f. You will not use the Services to do anything that is misleading. 
g. You will not provide false personal or commercial information.
h. You will not create more than one personal account.
i. You will not create more than one business account.
Once an account has been removed for violating any of the Safety requirements you may not create another account without the express written consent of Birryani, LLC.

3. User Rights

As a user in compliance with the Terms you own the rights to any content submitted or otherwise communicated through the use of the Services. By submitting or otherwise communicating any content through the use of the services you grant Birryani, LLC a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, copy, modify, transmit, display, and distribute any and all aforementioned content by methods provided by the Services. As a user you also warrant that you have the rights, power, and authority to grant the rights of all content submitted to Birryani, LLC.

This license includes the right for Birryani, LLC to share user content and analytics with other users, entities, companies, and organizations who partner with Birryani, LLC. This exclusive shared content and analytics is subject to the Terms of this user license agreement and may be made available with no compensation paid to you.

By using the Services Birryani, LLC grants you the right to a personal license to use the software in accordance with these Terms. Under the provisions of this personal user license you may not access, tamper with, scan, probe, breach, or otherwise circumvent any security measures to access non-public areas of the Services. You may not in any way use the Services to disrupt, interfere, or harm the operation of the Services as provided to you.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy and want to protect it. Birryani, LLC will use all necessary means to protect your stored information on our servers. Any data collected or stored may be used by software analytics to further provide better Services to users. Our privacy policy will be continually evolving as technologies emerge to best provide superior Services.
